2.2. Downgrades: If a member fails to meet the monthly deposit requirements for their current level, they will be downgraded to the appropriate level at the start of the following month.
2.3. Review Period: Membership levels are reviewed at the end of each calendar month to determine if upgrades or downgrades are necessary.
